STEP 3
Upholstered item design and analysis of the project
During this step our experts will study and analyze the project, in order to find the best way to make it come to life. The experience and technical capabilities will help and guide them during this process.
STEP 4
Choice of materials
This is one of the most important steps in the creation process: raw materials represent the soul of each upholstered item. It is really important to have a very deep knowledge of every material, in order to choose and treat them properly. The choice of materials will
define the creation, making it a design product.
STEP 5
Realization of the frame and structure of the upholstered
A good frame and structure are fundamental for the upholstered item’s duration. Our craftsmen realize the frame and structure with a particular care, in order to obtain the best robustness together with a nice design.
STEP 6
Upholstery and lining
The upholstery is what makes a sofa soft and comfortable: our craftsmen look for the best balancing between softness and resistance. Lastly they choose the best lining, to guarantee the best final product.
STEP 7
Finishing
Mûd by Ursella Divani cares for every single detail and for upholstered items finishing. This step is crucial for the final result both for the aesthetical and functional outcome. Each product must be perfect, even if there’s a great number of creations to make.
STEP 8
Check up and test
Testing the final outcome is fundamental, in order to verify the product both aesthetically and functionally. Every sofa, armchair, sofa bed or other upholstered items need to be tested from the upholstery to the lining: this process let us guarantee only perfect products.
STEP 9
Packaging and delivery
This is the step in which the product leaves Mûd laboratory: now the upholstered item is finished and teste, ready to be delivered to the customer. Even in this phase it is important to care for every single detail, to be sure that every piece is protected, so that it won’t be
damaged during the transport.
STEP 10
Feedback collection
The very final step: when the customer receives the upholstered item. In this phase we like to receive feedbacks from the clients, they help us to improve our service, this is why we ask for suggestions.
